St Clement is a boutique winery in the heart of Napa Valley. They have been making high scoring Cabernet's for years, with long term relationships with some of the best wine growers in the region. The 2010 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is again a winner - lovely tannins and a hint of spice compliment the red fruits.

St. Clement’s 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely entry-level bottling. Sweet dark cherries, plums, cloves and mint are some of the aromas and flavors that jump from the glass. There is a gorgeous brightness and freshness in the 2010 that is highly appealing. This juicy, flavorful Cabernet is a great introduction to the vintage and the St. Clement wines. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2028. Tel. (800) 331-8266

Firm and spicy, revealing an attractive red berry and red candy edge to the flavors. Finishes with a tight, focused beam of fruit. The fine-grained tannins give the flavors grip. Drink now through 2022. 5,273 cases made. –JL
