Château Lestevenie's Bergerac Blanc Sec ("Dry White") is made from a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. It has a lovely minerality reflecting the limestone rock into which the vines' roots sink. Hints of citrus fruits round out this wine, making it the perfect accompaniment to delicately flavoured Chinese food, fish and chicken.
