Fans of top drawer New World Chardonnay will love this beautifully crafted Argentine Reservado, packed with ripe fruit and just a hint of oak. The man to thank is Hervé Fabre, who left his native Bordeaux 16 years ago and now runs one of Argentina's leading wine estates. Perfect timing, for, as Wine Spectator notes, "this South American nation is one of the biggest wine success stories of the past decade". Hervé has ridden the wave from the start, earning a string of national and international Gold medals and Trophies for his efforts. Grapes for this white were hand picked and carefully sorted before fermentation - 80% in stainless steel and 20% in French oak - to give creamy roundness and spice. Enjoy with sauced fish or white meat dishes.
