Metodo Zero is an innovative method of vinification that helps maintain the fresh fruity aromas of the wine. This is because the wine is kept as close to zero degrees Celsius throughout the vinification process.The latest vintage of 2014 is a lovely; fresh Prosecco with fine bubbles and a light straw colour. There is plenty of fruit on the palate and aromas of apple, a little banana and a floral finish. This sparkling wine has a light to medium body; and is perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes.
