Drinking Wine is Good for You, Mind, Body and Soul (in our opinion!)
Have you ever met a person who doesn’t enjoy drinking wines? Of course not. Because it does good to peoples' health and mind. There is some evidence to show that drinking wine can:
- make you look younger: wine contains rich polyphenols including resveratrol, which are anti-aging.
- make you smarter by increasing helpful cholesterol in your body to make your blood more smoothly runs to your brain.
- help keep your waistline down: wine includes rich phenolic substances, VC, VE and carotene, which are anti- oxidants.
- help your teeth by decreasing the growth of germs.
It should be noted that these potential benefits are not all proven, and of course all of the above assumes that wine is drunk in moderation! For example the calories in wine will add to your waistline if you drink too much wine!
