Aging Wine

Many wines are not appropriate for aging. There’re necessary conditions like enough tannins, acidity, alcohol, sugar and strong fruit aroma, which make a well aged wine. In a word, among all of wines normally Cabernet Sauvignon has the best conditions to be aging. Next will be Pinot Noir. And Merlot usually needs to be blended with high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, which offers the possibility. We carry very good aging wines as below: 1947 Ruinart Champagne Brut 375ml 1975 Château d'Angludet 1978 Château Labégorce-Zédé 1976 Château Lanessan 1996 Chateau Lynch Bages 1990 Chateau Rieussec 1961 August E. Anheuser Kreuznacher Krötenpfuhl Spätlese 1983 August E. Anheuser Schlossböckelheimer Riesling Spätlese 1964 Bodegas Riojanas Rioja Viña Albina Crianza 1975 Marqués de Riscal Rioja 1978 Lungarotti Cabernet Sauvignon Di Miralduolo
