Australia’s Barossa Valley
Barossa Valley is located in South Australia. It’s one of the most famous wine regions in Australia. It produces two well known brands, one Penfolds and the other Jacob’s Creek. The wineries build very modern architectures, especially Jacob’s Creek.
The Penfolds wines we carry include the following: 1992 Penfolds Grange and 2010 Penfolds Shiraz Bin 28 Kalimna. These wines are form South Australia, meaning they may include grapes from Barossa as well as other wine producing areas in South Australia.
South Australia’s soil and weather are very suitable for planting grapes, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Riesling. Mixed cabernet sauvignon and Shiraz is the most popular wine in Barossa Valley.
